Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, service delivery, and quality across Company operations.
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing of goods and services in line with company policies.
• Oversee inventory and stock management to ensure optimal availability, quality control, and efficient use of resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance in procurement, tender processes, and contract management, ensuring alignment with business governance standards.
• Coordinate team performance and resource planning to support operational goals, budget control, and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Finance / Engineering
• 5 years operational supply chain experience in a mining environment
• 5 years management experience
• Valid driver’s license
