A leading tissue manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative/Manager with strong experience in new business development, customer relationship management, and driving sales growth to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing a new customer base and expanding overall market presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and grow the company’s customer base
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify market trends and customer needs to support sales strategy
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements:
Solid sales knowledge with proven experience in a similar role
- Industry-relevant sales experience, ideally within paper, tissue, toiletry products, or the broader FMCG sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
