Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and internal specialist resources
Deliver high-quality client support with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Troubleshoot retail and distribution ERP system issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure service quality standards and SLAs are consistently met
Review outstanding issues and manage effective handovers in line with SLAs
Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines
Travel nationally and internationally as required
Requirements
Degree or Diploma with a strong accounting or financial focus
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Client Support / ERP Consultant within FMCG Sales & Distribution
Proven experience with Retail, Sales & Distribution software
Strong understanding of:
General Ledger
Financial Statements and Reporting
Month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in an FMCG environment
Solid knowledge of retail and distribution business process flows
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
