Are you a detail-oriented, strategic, and driven Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a professional, energetic, and dedicated QS to join a leading property development group specializing in retirement, residential, and commercial projects.

Requirements:

• Cost Management – Ensure accurate financial planning & control
• Estimating – Prepare BOQs, analyse tenders, and manage costs
• Contract Administration – Handle contract documentation & compliance
• Sub-Contractor & Supplier Management – Negotiate, finalize, and track agreements
• Revenue & Cash Flow Management – Maximise opportunities & ensure positive cash flow
• Reporting – Maintain accurate cost reports & financial assessments

Responsibilities:

• BSc (Hons) or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• 2+ years’ experience in construction contracting (Building Projects preferred)
• Expertise in JBCC, CCS, QTO, & MS Excel
• Strong financial acumen & knowledge of operational construction processes
• Attention to detail, leadership, adaptability & problem-solving skills
