Responsibiltiies
Support Wealth Managers/Advisors with new and existing client business.
Handle retirement claims, insurance applications, and investment transfers.
Assist with client Will reviews and payments.
Maintain client records and ensure compliance with FICA & FAIS legislation.
Address client enquiries and complaints professionally.
Support special projects and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
Matric + NQF 6 Advanced Certificate in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or related qualification.
5+ years’ experience in the investment/financial services industry.
3+ years’ experience in broker support or wealth assistant roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
