Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Plant Engineer to be based at a Refinery in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

• Optimize Plant Maintenance: Oversee the SAP Planned maintenance system to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of plant operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all statutory inspections and risk assessments.
• Project and Budget oversight: Develop and execute capital and renewal plans, manage engineering projects.
• Team and process development: Lead, develop and manage engineering staff through motivation, discipline and clear work procedures.
• Governance and Procurement: Ensure compliance with corporate procurement practices and governance standards across all engineering activities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Sc. / Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• GCC Mines and Works
• Registered as a Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa
• 3 years appointed Engineer 2.13.1 as per the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Valid Driver’s License
