Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal production uptime.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

• Implement and manage a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to streamline maintenance operations.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk assessments and audits.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance strategies and asset reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a Maintenance Manager or similar role within a Food production/Poultry environment 

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience managing maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects..
