A leading hygiene and facilities management solutions firm is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Consultant to join their team. This is an opportunity to represent a household name in professional workplace solutions while driving new business growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Actively cold-call and prospect to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Solution Selling: Conduct site surveys and needs analyses to recommend bespoke hygiene, pest control, or consumable solutions.
Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring successful onboarding.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Retention: Work closely with the service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term contract retention.
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in external sales, preferably within the service or hygiene industry.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
Attributes: You must be highly self-motivated, resilient, and possess a "hunter" mentality.
Mobility: A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
