Responsibilities:
IT Support: Manage and resolve daily helpdesk calls for both infrastructure and applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely assistance.
SAP Administration: Handle all SAP basis activities, including creating, amending, and deleting user accounts. You will also log and troubleshoot user errors in SAP and coordinate all changes for SAP modules.
User Training & Governance: Provide training to new users on system navigation, including how to create job cards, purchase requisitions, and reservations. You will also ensure proper governance is followed for all support calls and access requests.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with audits by compiling evidence, update SOPs and ICT controls, and prepare reminders for contract and licensing renewals. You will also administer cell phone contracts and manage mobile data allocations.
General IT Duties: Conduct monthly checks on IT controls, verify products received from suppliers against SAP records, and attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: A completed Matric qualification and an Information Technology-related qualification are essential.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.
Knowledge of IT networks, applications, and hardware.
Knowledge of customer service, desktop support, IT Helpdesk, and ticketing processes.
Understanding of IT change processes and the software project life cycle.
