Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Plant Engineer to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga. You will be responsible for leading plant engineering activities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, statutory requirements and safety regulations.
• Manage and optimise maintenance strategies to improve plant reliability and performance.
• Lead engineering teams and contractors to ensure effective execution of maintenance and projects.
• Monitor plant performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• GCC Mines & Works
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Plant environment POST GCC
• Valid Driver's License
