An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Excellence Specialist to join a leading organisation within the healthcare and medical solutions industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing client relationships, resolving queries efficiently, supporting internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

โ Grade 12 / Matric
โ Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, โ Healthcare Administration, or related field advantageous
โ Minimum 3โ5 yearsโ experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or client support
โ Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or related industries will be advantageous
โ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
โ Experience working with CRM systems and ERP platforms
โ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
โ High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
โ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
โ Professional, proactive, and customer-centric approach
