Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Capee, is currently looking for an experienced Mine Overseer to join their mining team. 

• Grade 12 qualification.

• Valid Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency.

• Blasting Certificate.

• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the mining sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a mine overseer position.

• Demonstrates strong discipline and high ethical standards.

• Experience in Trackless Mining operations, specifically Bord and Pillar methods.

• Familiarity with Trackless Mobile Machinery.

• Understanding of key drivers influencing production performance.

• Experience in production scheduling and planning.

• Knowledge of cycle mining processes.

• Understanding of water and air reticulation systems.

• Experience with roadway maintenance practices.

• Skilled in labour supervision and workforce management.
