A reputable construction contractor with a strong footprint across South Africa’s civil and infrastructure sectors, is currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Paarl.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for civil and construction projects

• Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage valuations, variations, and progress claims

• Conduct cost analysis and reporting to support project decision-making

• Assist with contract administration and procurement processes

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency

• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Some proven experience on civil construction contracts

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Proficiency in CCS Candy (advantageous)
