Responsibilities:

• Engage with the Commercial Team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly in the accuracy of figures in all reports.
• Adhere to deadlines, policies, and procedures to achieve main objectives.
• Address queries, assist in problem resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Identify and recommend improvements to working procedures to enhance efficiency and the working environment.
• Maximize the use of in-house systems for efficient reporting and follow-up.
• Support and leverage Admin Team colleagues by sharing skills and knowledge on relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric/Senior Certificate.
• Tertiary qualification in any business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Admin, Sales, or Marketing).
• Proficient in computer literacy, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong administration abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
