Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Rotable Stores Superintendent to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs, manage risks, and enhance supplier performance.
• Expedite equipment and manage Beyond Economic Repair (BER) processes while coordinating rotables and related activities efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to budget planning to ensure sufficient resources for strategic goals.
• Ensure process and system compliance, and verify rotable equipment meets OEM and company standards.
• Oversee salvage yard operations and manage auction procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N6 or Valid Trade Certificate and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Engineering Supervisor / Rotable Controller or relevant Tertiary qualification
• SAP PM Module and Vendor Management experience
• Valid Driver’s License
