Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new customers to build and expand the company's client base within Gauteng.
  • Implement strategies to meet and exceed aggressive new business sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Effectively negotiate contract terms and successfully close high-value deals to secure new business.
  • Apply solid sales knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset to proactively manage the sales pipeline and drive results.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with FMCG or high-volume goods, and a track record of new customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Must be able to service the Gauteng province effectively.
