Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced HRD Practitioner to join their mining company in North-West. You will be responsible for coordinating training and development activities to support compliance, employee growth and organisational capability.

Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced HRD Practitioner to join their mining company in North-West. You will be responsible for coordinating training and development activities to support compliance, employee growth and organisational capability.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer training and development initiatives in line with organisational needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR and training legislation and standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and support audit and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate learnerships, apprenticeships and skills development programmes.
- Support HR and operational teams on training and development matters.
- Contribute to employee development and organisational skills capacity.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company policies.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in HRD or related
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an HRD Practitioner within the mining industry
- Experience with training administration, reporting, and coordination of
development programmes - Valid Driver's License
