Job Title: Junior R&D Developer
Location: Paarl, Western Cape

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their Research and Development team as a Junior R&D Developer. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, and test new products and features.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new software products and features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Test and debug code to ensure high quality and performance
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software products
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with software development tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with database management systems and web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence concepts
- Previous internship or work experience in a software development role
