Hire Resolve’s Client is a fast-growing and dynamic property sales and marketing company, specialising in high-end residential and commercial developments across South Africa. Known for delivering exceptional results and premium client experiences, they are expanding their Western Cape team and offering an exciting opportunity to join a flagship development project in the sought-after Summerset West area.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Receive and manage exclusive leads generated by Rainmaker Marketing for this specific project
  • Engage promptly and professionally with all incoming leads via phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Qualify leads, manage the pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct on-site visits and show house presentations, guiding prospective buyers through the plot & plan purchase process
  • Drive sales to conclusion, including managing the signing of both the land purchase agreement and top structure contract

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers from first engagement through to sale
  • Build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their needs and matching them to the right product
  • Provide a premium, consultative client experience in keeping with the price point and nature of the development
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with all leads throughout the decision-making process

Reporting & Feedback

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on all leads as required by Rainmaker Sales
  • Report on pipeline status, lead engagement and sales activity on a regular basis
  • Flag any challenges, objections or market feedback to the sales leadership team

Requirements:

  • Based in Somerset West, Helderberg or the surrounding area — strong knowledge of the local market is essential
  • Experience in property sales, preferably in new developments, off-plan or plot & plan sales
  • We are specifically NOT looking for a traditional estate agent — candidates from a consultative sales background, financial services, luxury goods or other premium sales environments are encouraged to apply
  • A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (EAAB registered) or willingness to obtain one
  • Proven ability to sell at a premium price point — experience with transactions in the R3 million+ range preferred
  • Understanding of the plot & plan purchase process, including dual contract structures (land and top structure), would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills — articulate, professional and confident in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong follow-up discipline and lead management habits
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
