Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment on a 5-month temporary contract. You will be supporting the Supply Chain team with administration, reporting, data capturing, and supplier documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and report truck turnaround times
- Assist with processing Goods Received Vouchers
- Capture data in the agricultural data system (DSI)
- Update agricultural file audit requirements
- Maintain filing system for primary and secondary suppliers
- Maintain supplier specifications documents
- Assist with truck bookings
- Perform daily/weekly reporting
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Support Import & Export duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 minimum
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Experience in FMCG or supply chain admin is an advantage
