Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records while contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial operations. This is an ideal position for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
You will be responsible for handling various bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing valuable support to the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Record and process daily financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Work closely with external auditors during financial audits
- Support management in budgeting and forecasting tasks
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Valid Drivers license and vehicle
