Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery: Configure software and lead/support client onboarding, data validation, and go-live phases.
Project Support: Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional system setups.
Quality Assurance: Execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validation, and defect tracking to ensure delivery standards.
Post-Go-Live Care: Provide technical troubleshooting and support during the immediate post-implementation window.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist delivery teams with documentation and testing tasks during non-peak implementation periods.
Client Engagement: Maintain professional on-site presence and travel to client locations across South Africa as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Proven exposure to software implementation, systems delivery, or technical support environments.
Knowledge: Practical understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC).
Problem Solving: A structured approach to troubleshooting with high attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for professional client-facing interactions.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel for project-based work.
