Job Title: Security Operational Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Hire Resolve's Leading Mining Client are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operational Officer to join their Mine in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our mining site, ensuring the safety and security of all employees and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee allocated areas to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure all security officers meet the necessary tactical standards on site.
• Plan, manage, and execute high-risk security operations effectively.
• Regularly assess service levels and recommend improvements as needed.
• Supervise security staff, handle administration, and liaise with management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree / Diploma in Policing, Security, or Business Management
• Specialised training in a policing, security or military environment will be advantageous.
• PSIRA Grade A registered
• 5 years’ experience in security / law enforcement / military environments
• 5 years’ experience in planning, managing and executing security / law enforcement operations
• Experience in mining operations from a security perspective will be advantageous

Benefits:
