Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Quality Specialist & Refurbishment to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for ensuring engineering quality compliance, managing non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement across operations and service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure engineering products, services and practices comply with applicable quality management systems and standards.
• Investigate and address non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement and operational optimisation initiatives.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and performance compliance.
• Ensure adherence to SHERQ requirements within area of responsibility.
• Lead and develop people while promoting strong work ethics and accountability.
  

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Valid Trade Test Certificate
• 5 years' experience as an Artisan with minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry.
• Quality Control Certificate
• Supervisory Certificate
• Planned Maintenance Certificate 
• Apply engineering knowledge to maintain and support a range of mobile and fixed equipment in a production environment, including light vehicles, trucks, forklifts, loaders, cranes, generators and related mobile plant.
  
• Valid Driver's License
