A leading global healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Specialist (Manager Level) to join its operations team. This role is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence through the optimisation of processes, implementation of advanced technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated production environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
✅ Proven experience in manufacturing technology, process optimisation, or production support.
✅ Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
✅ Experience with technology transfer, validation processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
