Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise both the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard and run smoothly.
Coordinate and supervise the end-to-end process for property changeovers, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing properties for new guest arrivals.
Conduct thorough property inspections both before guest check-in and after check-out to guarantee that company quality standards are consistently met.
Efficiently purchase and restock all guest amenities and property consumables.
Log, track, and report minor maintenance and upkeep issues to the relevant internal team members.
Maintain accurate digital checklists and administrative records, and effectively communicate with the internal team and external service providers.
Assist with the general marketing of the properties.
Engage and liaise with property owners and various stakeholders.
Requirements:
Matric certificate (High School equivalent qualification).
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience specifically in short-term property rentals.
A valid driver's license.
