Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Mechanical Foreman Winders to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996).
• Oversee and perform safe, efficient mechanical work to meet deadlines and reduce risks.
• Maintain and repair equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
• Lead and coordinate a team of mechanics while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and implement preventative maintenance plans.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A valid Mechanical Trade Certificate
• 5 years’ experience on winders
• 3 years’ experience as a Mechanical Foreman
• Valid Driver’s License
