In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily factory operations, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams within a fast-paced aluminium fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all factory operations to ensure efficient workflow and output

• Lead and motivate production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Ensure optimal operation of aluminium CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as needed

• Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain product standards

• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing, particularly with CNC machinery

• Tertiary qualification 

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
