Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator for a food manufacturing company. As a Human Resource Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR tasks and processes.

 Responsibilities:

  • Process HR documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as job postings and candidate screening.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate data.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis.
  • Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
