We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Project Planner to join our team in Cape Town. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance projects to ensure smooth operations across production and plant facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects
- Monitor equipment and plant maintenance schedules
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
Requirements:
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5–8 years’ experience in maintenance planning, project coordination, or operations support in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
