Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.

• Lead and develop a team of technicians, supervisors, and support staff.

• Manage workflow, job scheduling, and turnaround times to meet client expectations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Monitor KPIs and financial targets, including cost control, profitability, and resource planning.

• Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a workshop management or senior supervisory role (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors preferred).

• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and workshop operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, reporting, and cost control.

• A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards.

Qualifications:

• Technical qualification in mechanical, automotive, or industrial engineering (preferred).

• Management training or business qualifications a plus.
