Description:
Hire Resolve's client is urgently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of transformation initiatives and corrective strategies
• Conduct data analysis and monitor business performance trends
• Apply models aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Uphold and implement compliance policies and governance structures
• Oversee adherence to regulatory requirements and risk control practices
• Develop and maintain SHERQ systems that foster a culture of compliance
• Drive the development of functional strategies and action plans
• Ensure responsibility for achieving performance targets within the function

Requirements:

• Grade 12
  
• BTech Degree in Environmental Management/Safety Management
• 7 years' experience Technical Services experience.
• 5 years' management experience.
• Valid Driver's License
