Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for the Mine Overseer to be based in Limpopo!

Responsibilities:

• Legally appointed under 2.14.1 and 2.13.12 of the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Lead and manage mining operations to ensure safe and efficient ground breaking
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality ore
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing mining best practices
• Collaborate with logistics to optimise performance in both development and stoping areas

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency
• Valid Blasting Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Shift Boss in a metalliferous Mine

Benefits:

• Salary: R1,6m – R1,8m CTC
