Internal Sales Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Assistant to assist Justine on the internal sales side. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle client relationships, inquiries, and sales processes effectively. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist with order processing, client inquiries, and general sales administration.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely and accurate solutions.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
Order Management: Process orders, track progress, and coordinate deliveries with logistics teams.
CRM Maintenance: Update and manage CRM systems with accurate records.
Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in company products to provide informed client advice.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in internal sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Education: Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for quotations and reporting.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
Sales Acumen: Understanding of basic sales and financial principles (GP, Margin, Sales, Cost of Sales, etc.).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to issues.
Knowledge of the Data Centre or Construction industry is beneficial.
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets.
