As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production team to achieve operational targets and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily production activities and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in scaffolding or related industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or production management would be an advantage.
