Key Requirements:

• +12 years experience specialising in civil construction estimating
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Proficient in CCS
• Good knowledge of GCC, JBCC, NEC and FIDI contract suites
• Experience in tendering and contract negotiations
• Permanent role
