A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field)
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar generalist role
✅ Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation
✅ Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be advantageous
✅ Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
✅ Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
