Hire Resolve’s client is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their mining company based in Limpopo. You will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out advanced mechanical maintenance tasks, as well as planning and coordinating daily and weekly maintenance operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out advanced mechanical maintenance tasks, as well as planning and coordinating daily and weekly maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all maintenance administration tasks and the overall maintenance schedule.
- Conducting routine and spot checks to monitor parts inventory and stock levels.
- Supervising the upkeep, inspections, and repairs of equipment and assets under their responsibility.
- Handling daily challenges and providing support to maintenance staff.
- Making sure all company policies and control measures are strictly followed.
- Enforcing workplace discipline in line with the company’s Industrial Relations policies.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager
- Supervisory/Leadership Programme Certificate or studying towards one.
- HIRA Certificate
- MHSA Certificate
- Legal Liability Certificate
- ICAM Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
Benefits:
