Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for the Boilermaker Foreman to be based in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

• Legally appointed under 2.14.1 and 2.13.12 of the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Drive the effective implementation and compliance with Mine Health, Safety, and Environmental Code of Practice (COP), company policies, and legal requirements.
• Provide hands-on supervision and conduct daily over-inspections of team activities to ensure high safety and performance standards.
• Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring all statutory inspections are carried out on time and in full compliance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between operational teams, supervisors, and clients to support smooth execution of tasks and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Qualified Boilermaker / Plater Trade Certificate
• Engineering Foreman Certificate
• 5 years experience as a Foreman in the mining industry
