Hire Resolve's client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience, a relevant degree, and a proactive approach to project management and cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses

• Monitor project progress and provide cost reports

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual terms

Requirements:

• Namibian citizen or holder of permanent residency in Namibia

• Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience

• Degree obtained from a South African university preferred
