Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Process Supervisor to join their mining company based in Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all processes and equipment within the area of responsibility are operated safely and in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Drive accurate and timely reporting through production logs and performance feedback on a shift basis.
- Monitor and report process parameters daily to relevant leadership.
- Oversee weighing, sampling, and recording of products and by-products to ensure proper material tracking and accountability.
- Confirm that daily production targets are met and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Ensure safe storage, accurate labelling, and proper evaluation of materials, including assisting with stock preparation and participating in stock counts.
- Evaluate and account for material balances, ensuring explanations are provided for variances.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 years' experience as a Supervisor within a smelter environment
- Valid Driver's License
