Job Description

Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for an experienced Protection Services Operations Supervisor to join their mining team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Security Management or a related qualification.
Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a mining operation, gold plant, or precious metals environment.
Proven experience in operational perimeter and access control, incident investigations, emergency response, and public order management.
Sound knowledge of legislation and regulations governing private security operations.
Firearm competency and proficiency certification.
Must be declared medically fit for the role and working environment through a risk-based medical assessment at the Occupational Health Centre, including passing a Heat Tolerance Screening test and any other required evaluations.
