Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled Plant Fitter and Turner to join their mining team in Gauteng. As a Plant Fitter and Turner, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in the mining plant.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plant machinery and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
• Perform repairs and reassemblies as necessary
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as required
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment reliability and productivity
  

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Fitter Trade Test
• 5 years' experience as a Fitter in the mining industry.
• Knowledge in Metallurgical Gold Plant.
• Understanding the upkeep requirements for conveyor belts, Knelson concentrators, thickeners, mills, pump cells, gearboxes, agitators, pumps, reactors, dewatering screens, and other metallurgical plant machinery.
• Valid Drivers License
