Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure and can efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination: Book flights and accommodation for staff.

  • Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of required items.

  • Logistics Support: Drop off materials and transport individuals to site as needed.

  • Procurement: Manage daily purchases of small consumables for teams.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Handle tight deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Timekeeping: Manage and process timesheets for staff.

  • Stock Management: Receive stock deliveries and oversee stock counter operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience in administration and logistics coordination.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
