We are seeking an experienced Senior Juice Production Consultant to support the development of new juice products and assist with sourcing juice concentrate blends.

The role involves end-to-end project engagement, from product portfolio development to factory setup, pilot production, and market launch. Travel to Kenya and South Africa will be required at agreed stages of the project.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop proposed product portfolio (juices, smoothies, health shots) with SKU, processing methods, and cost analysis.
• Provide machinery and equipment specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), and sourcing support.
• Conduct pilot production batches, recipe formulation, lab testing, and consumer feedback sessions.
• Oversee factory setup, installation, commissioning, and staff training for production readiness.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX planning and ensure quality control systems are implemented.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in juice production and new product development.
• Strong knowledge of beverage processing, PET bottling, and production equipment.
• Experience in pilot plant production, recipe formulation, and quality control.
• Ability to provide technical guidance for factory setup and production launch.
• Willingness to travel for onsite project visits.
