A leading manufacturer in the glass and laminates industry is looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator with strong SAP knowledge and a solid background in inventory management to join their team in Springs, GP. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years’ experience who can take ownership of stock control, ensure accuracy across inventory processes, and support efficient production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily inventory operations within the production environment

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

  • Monitor and report on inventory variances, investigating discrepancies

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow

  • Generate and analyse inventory reports using SAP

  • Support cycle counts and full physical stock takes

  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in inventory or stock control, ideally in a related manufacturing industry (e.g. glass, laminates, or similar)

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP systems

  • Solid understanding of production workflows and materials management

  • Proven ability to manage and resolve inventory discrepancies

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and liaise across departments
