Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate between developers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using agile or hybrid methodologies.
Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain documentation, workflows, and system diagrams.
Support change management and training efforts for new systems/processes.
Requirements:
3–5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in tech-driven environments.
Proven experience delivering software or systems integration projects.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
Ability to gather and analyze requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Technical background or understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is highly advantageous.
Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, Prince2) are a plus.
