Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an Engineering Superintendent to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive team objectives aligned with broader operational goals.
• Deliver hands-on maintenance and engineering support to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Oversee the rollout and execution of maintenance strategies and standards.
• Improve equipment uptime and overall reliability of production assets.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures within the work area.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of both planned and unplanned mechanical maintenance and installations.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N6/National Diploma/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
• GCC (Mines & Works) would be advantageous
• 5 years' experience in the mining industry.
• Valid Driver's License
