Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a Sales/Regional Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The Sales/Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated region by leading a team, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach and penetration.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including administrative and reception staff, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers, to drive product adoption and advocacy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and reporting standards, escalating any potential breaches to management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies and tender preparation.
- Manage operational expenses within budget, optimizing resource utilization and maximizing profitability.
- Must have experience working for pharmaceutical or medical device company.
- A university degree/postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential.
