Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Controller to oversee and coordinate operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and controls.
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Assist management with planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.
- Support financial administration, including monitoring budgets and operational expenditures.
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or similar
- Previous experience in operations, office management, or administrative coordination.
- Proven skills in process optimisation, workflow coordination, and reporting.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
